Overview

Body
By starting the process of exiting early enough and addressing potential investor concerns (risk factors), a business owner can dramatically increase their business value and wealth with the help from a team of expert advisors. From the panelists you will learn how a “team” of expert advisors can have a positive, perhaps dramatic impact on a company’s value and the owner’s wealth.

Learn the reasons that advisor fees are not only a cost of the sale, but also provide a healthy ROI, including:
  • Through “adjusted EBITDA” including “add backs”
  • Eliminating risk factors
  • Through a dynamic presentation of the business's attributes to investors

During the program the panelists will also discuss a case study that will cover the following:
  1. The owner’s resource requirements to exit, and the actions taken by the team of advisors to address the owner’s needs
  2. What expert advisors might be needed, including: audit CPA, securities attorney, executive coach, HR strategist, valuation expert, tax CPA, investment banker, exit planner, marketing and branding strategist, and more depending on the clients needs
  3. How much time it took (the case study’s exit planning  to transaction process), based on the owner’s objectives
  4. How much the advisors fees cost during the transaction process and the return on investment (ROI) on those fees
  5. How a dynamic presentation of the business's attribute could contribute to a higher value
  6. How “risk factors” can be identified and how risk factor mitigation positively and dramatically affects value

Join us to learn from the experts and get your questions answered. This program will provide valuable information for Business Owners and C-Level Executives as well as Advisors working with Business Owners and C-Level Executives.
