Overview

Body
In early 2021 Global Medical Response (GMR) completed a transaction to acquire Escondido-headquartered Capstone Fire & Safety Management. A family owned and operated business since 2007, Capstone sought a strategic partner company that understood the fire service, valued its company culture, and had the resources to reach its future goals. In this M&A DealStory panel discussion you will hear from the key deal makers, including Capstone CEO Matt Dusa, on the decision to partner with GMR, the acquisition process, and how ultimately the transaction was a “win-win.”
