Event Description:

Don’t miss one of ACG San Diego’s biggest events of the year, where we will hear from a panel of investors and lenders to middle-market companies discuss the outlook for 2019 and the availability of equity and debt capital. This program will be directed towards CEOs, CFOs, owners, board members, and advisors of middle-market private companies that may be considering bringing-in fresh capital this year. In addition to the availability of capital, our panel will discuss current trends in borrowing rates, covenant packages, business valuations, and changes in equity investor terms, covenants and conditions.

Key Takeaways:

1.      How have recent changes in stock market valuations and the slowing of economic growth affected companies looking for capital?

2.     What are the panelists’ expectations for the next year -- How aggressive will they be, what terms will they require, and what industries are they focusing on or avoiding?

3.     What can a CEO, CFO, owner, board member or advisor do (or not do) to get the best terms when raising capital?
