Brook Taylor Barnes represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation including claims for improper wage deductions, failure to pay wages, failure to pay overtime wages, failure to provide meal periods and rest breaks, misclassification of employees, inaccurate wage statements, commission calculations, wrongful termination, Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”) claims, class actions, and retaliatory and discriminatory employment actions. Brook holds a JD from California Western School of Law, an MA from Sam Houston State University, summa cum laude, and a BS from Texas A&M University. David joined Insperity as a Performance Specialist in January 2017. With life and work experiences as a consultant, an attorney, a mediator, a facilitator, a trainer, a college professor and a Learning, Performance and Quality (LPQ) business executive, David is well-skilled and highly acclaimed in his capability to balance logic, intelligence, learning-accountability, point of view, creativity and passion in the training, meetings/events and mediations he facilitates and business initiatives he leads. Prior to joining Insperity David served as President of New Learnings Perspectives, LLC, a learning, performance, quality and leadership consulting company. Earlier in his career David led large LPQ Organizations for PacifiCare and Aetna Health Insurance Companies creating strong internal strategic customer relationships and significant bottom line results. He also practiced as a trial lawyer for 14 years. He litigated and negotiated innumerable business, personal injury, family law, estates, criminal and real estate cases. David is a skilled mediator demonstrated by his mediation of well over 300 family, school, victim-offender, business and estate cases and flawlessly facilitating thousands of meetings ranging from small executive team strategic off-sites to large interactive multi-disciplinary webinars. David graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.A. in Speech Communications and immediately earned his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law. He obtained his Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership from the College of Santa Fe. He has certificates in mediation and Six Sigma Quality Process.

Scott Schindler is a Senior Associate with JLL’s San Diego Tenant Representative Team. He has spent over 5 years representing occupiers of commercial real estate in a brokerage capacity, as well as 5 years as a private practice real estate attorney. His clients have included a wide range of companies from law firms and breweries to tech start-ups and non-profits. Scott's business and legal acumen empowers him to provide superior representation through an acute attention to detail. As a native San Diegan, he is uniquely positioned to provide creative solutions for office placement throughout the County. Scott has a Bachelors in Business Administration andFinance as well as a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona 2012. Scott is a Directors with the Jewish Family Service of San Diego and the San Diego County Bar Foundation. He is also an instructor with Cyclebar Hillcrest.

Andrew Stinnett is currently a Business Performance Advisor at Insperity, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and HR company. Insperity provides a wide range of business performance solutions, enabling business owners to be more systematic and strategic about the role people play in the success of a company. Previously, he has held business development and consulting roles, dedicated to helping businesses succeed by taking care of things that could be distracting them from what matters most – growing the business. He currently Chairs the Sponsorship Committee and is on the Board of Directors for ACGSD. Along with ACG, he serves as VP of Membership for the Central San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce and volunteers on the Leadership Council for The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank. He is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California and involved with the local alumni chapter. Locally, he co-chairs the University Club Art Committee. He resides in University Heights.
