Jeremy Glaser

Jeremy Glaser – Member / Co-Chair, Venture Capital & Emerging Companies Practice, Mintz

Jeremy has over three decades of experience guiding life sciences and technology companies in their growth and financing strategies. He routinely assists his clients in public offerings, angel and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC compliance. His experiences as an executive at a technology company and an investment fund facilitates his ability to provide practical business as well as legal advice. Jeremy also drives content for the MintzEdge website, an online resource for entrepreneurs. Jeremy serves as Co-chair of the firm’s Venture Capital & Emerging Companies Practice. Jeremy regularly represents technology-based companies principally in the life sciences, software, mobile applications, and clean energy fields. He represents both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of securities transactions, including IPOs, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), secondary offerings, and private placements, and represents venture capital firms, hedge funds and their portfolio companies in venture capital and PIPE financings. He has deep experience representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of public and private companies.

Jamie Mason – Partner, BDO

Jamie Mason serves as the Assurance office managing partner for BDO’s San Diego office and has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, serving a variety of companies in the life sciences, technology, consumer business, alternative energy, and manufacturing industries. Jamie has primarily served multi-national public and pre-IPO companies with extensive experience pertaining to revenue recognition, collaborations, stock based compensation, consolidations, complex financial instruments, and business combinations. Jamie also has extensive experience reviewing SEC filings, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, as well as registration statements filed on Forms S-1, S-3, S-4 and S-8. Jamie has also served as a national training facilitator on a variety of technical topics.

Peter Bennitt

Pete Bennitt – Managing Director, Head of SPAC Capital Markets, Imperial Capital, LLC

Pete Bennitt is a Managing Director in the New York office of Imperial Capital, focusing on equity capital markets across various industry sectors and transaction types. Pete has over 20 years of investment banking and investing experience with a focus on equity and debt capital markets. He joined Imperial Capital from Stifel Financial, where he was a Director in the capital markets group focused on equity and debt capital raising. Prior to Stifel, he was a portfolio manager and co-head of credit research at Callidus Capital Management. Prior to Callidus, he was in the leveraged finance group at JP Morgan. Pete has an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from Lehigh University.

Bill Lynch

Bill Lynch – Managing Director, Imperial Capital LLC

Moderator

William Lynch is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital, focusing on Security and Recurring Revenue Industries. Imperial Capital has assisted several management teams to create SPACs or secure growth capital via de-SPAC. Bill has over 21 years of Investment Banking experience, with focus on mergers & acquisitions and strategic advisory. He joined the firm from ProFinance Associates, Inc., where he spent his tenure working security, maritime technology, and high gross margin and repetitive income service businesses. In security and life-safety, he has managed and completed transactions in software, hardware, sensors, recurring revenue monitoring, and integration service businesses. Prior to ProFinance, Bill was in industrial manufacturing, where he led strategic and capital planning, distribution, marketing, and sales with responsibility for the general management of the western United States for the Industrial Gypsum Division of USG Corporation. Bill has a B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College.
