Michael "Mick" Farrell

Mick was appointed ResMed’s CEO and elected to its Board in March 2013. He joined the company in 2000, serving as President of the Americas region (2011 to 2013) and Senior Vice President of the global sleep apnea business unit (2007-2011) after senior roles in marketing and business development. Before joining ResMed, Mick worked in management consulting, biotechnology, chemicals and metals manufacturing at companies including Arthur D. Little, Sanofi Genzyme, DowDuPont, and BHP Billiton. Mick also serves on the Board of Directors of the Advanced Medical Technology Association and Zimmer Biomet (NYSE: ZBH), a company that provides implantable musculoskeletal medical devices for patients globally. He is also a Trustee for non-profit organizations such as UC San Diego Foundation, Rady Children’s Hospital, the La Jolla Playhouse, and Father Joe’s Villages. Mick earned his bachelor of engineering degree (with first-class honors) from the University of New South Wales, a Master of Science degree in chemical engineering from MIT, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Todd founded Vantage Point in 2005. Vantage Point provides the full spectrum of valuation services -- involving financial reporting, tax reporting and compliance, transactions, fairness and solvency opinions, litigation support, and intellectual property. Todd is actively involved in valuation engagements while leading the firm’s strategic planning and business development efforts. Prior to founding Vantage Point, he was Managing Director of CBIZ Valuation Group, where he managed large and complex valuation consulting engagements. Before joining CBIZ, Todd started the Antique Drapery Rod Company, which is now an internationally-recognized brand with over 150 employees. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. in the firm’s audit and business consulting practices. Todd graduated from the University of South Dakota with a B.S. in Accounting and earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is Past-President and current Board member of the San Diego chapter of ACG, and a Trustee of the University of South Dakota Foundation.
