As a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory and corporate finance, Bryan has built a career focusing on middle market growth companies. Prior to Stifel, Bryan was a Partner at Mooreland Partners which was acquired by Stifel in 2019. Bryan earned a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University.

Lee is a recently retired San Diego Office Managing Partner of BDO. He has nearly 35 years of professional experience serving a variety of industries, and was BDO’s leader of their Private Equity and Venture Capital Industry Practice, as well as a former Board Member. Prior to joining BDO, Lee was a Partner in the Audit Practice in the Tokyo office of KPMG. Lee’s extensive experience includes audits and consultations with global and domestic companies, as well Partner responsibility on a number of cross-border acquisitions and due diligence engagements. He is now consulting with BDO International and advising companies on Environmental, Social and Governance issues. Lee received his B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University, and is Past President of ACG San Diego.
