Due to his background Dino provides a unique perspective on privately held businesses. Prior to becoming a banker, he worked in several family owned businesses including outdoor sporting goods and real estate. Seeing the world from the Borrower’s view helps him work closely with his clients to assist them in efficiently growing their companies. After graduating from CSU Fullerton, he worked with a local real estate developer and learned all aspects of real estate development. He then moved to New York and ran a privately-held property management company, That took him to almost every state west of the Rockies where he implemented turn-around strategies on mismanaged properties – multifamily, office and retail. He returned to California to get an MBA in Corporate Finance from USC and joined the Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Industries group. After going through credit training, he joined the Commercial Banking team in San Diego and has been helping San Diego privately held companies grow ever since. He has enjoyed various roles on the Junior Achievement Board. He is currently involved on committees with the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corp including the Economic Committee, and the Innovate 78 and Inclusive Growth initiatives.

Joey Kazanovski is a Senior Vice President in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital. He has 15 years of experience providing investment banking and financial advisory services to companies and creditors. He has advised clients within out-of-court and Chapter 11 restructurings, distressed M&A, recapitalizations and strategic advisory roles and has proffered expert testimony on behalf of debtors. He has also advised clients in capital raises and special situations financings. Joey has worked with clients across various industries including the aviation, A&D, restaurants, industrial and alterantive enegy sectors. Joey previously held positions in Houlihan Lokey’s financial restructuring group, PWC’s business recovery services group and JPMorgan’s debt private placements group. Joey received a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.

William Lynch is a Managing Director in the Los Angeles office of Imperial Capital, focusing on Security and Recurring Revenue Industries. Bill has over 21 years of Investment Banking experience, with focus on mergers & acquisitions and strategic advisory. He joined the firm from ProFinance Associates, Inc., where he spent his tenure working security, maritime technology, and high gross margin and repetitive income service businesses. In security and life-safety, he has managed and completed transactions in software, hardware, sensors, recurring revenue monitoring, and integration service businesses. Prior to ProFinance, Bill was in industrial manufacturing, where he led strategic and capital planning, distribution, marketing, and sales with responsibility for the general management of the western United States for the Industrial Gypsum Division of USG Corporation. Bill has a B.S. in Business Administration from Menlo College.
