Sophia Warsing is a Consultant at Protiviti within the Internal Audit and Financial Advisory capability, where she supports clients in SOX compliance, control testing, and risk assessment. Through her work at Protiviti, she helps organizations strengthen internal processes and navigate complex regulatory environments. Silverman Schermer, PLLC

Associate Attorney

Megan Kypke is an Associate Attorney at Silverman Schermer, PLLC, where her practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including middle market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract drafting and negotiation. Megan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude with a concentration in Transactional Law. Prior to law school, she earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Harding University. Megan is committed to the growth of the South Florida legal and business community and is passionate about creating spaces where young professionals can build meaningful connections.
