Kunal Mehta has over 20 years’ experience building value creation programs for private equity firms and industry experience scaling global sales operations and field enablement programs for several of the biggest names in the technology space. Currently, he is an Expert Partner at Bain working with a number of Private Equity firms to accelerate value creation through GTM. Prior to Bain, he built the Go To Market Center (GTM) of Excellence at TCV and built out standard operating procedures for Vista Equity companies. In these roles, he developed GTM strategies that led to a more efficient account targeting, demand generation, sales process, faster speed-to-market, significantly higher NPS scores, and the development of a podcast with some of the best operators in the software industry. Kunal was originally recruited from a Vista Equity company where he led the implementation of a number of their operating processes including interlock with key Vista Execs.
