2024 STL Women's Peer Group Event featuring Charcu in the Lou

Join the ACG St. Louis Women's Peer Group for networking and a workshop by Charcu in the Lou.  Hear this woman owned business story from founders, Cori Bickford and Caitlin Browne.

Charcu in the Lou will walk you through how to craft the perfect charcuterie board! This workshop will cover how to select quality, local ingredients, tips and tricks to creating a delicious, asthetically pleasing board.  They will demonstrate how to cut and style different cheeses, create salami roses and prociutto ribbons and will also review suggested cheese and wine pairings. Elevate your culinary expertise and broaden your professional network at this unique Charcuterie Workshop and Networking Event!

Space is limited.  This event is complimentary for ACG St. Louis members.   Guests that are prospective ACG members may attend for a $85 registration fee.
