Managing Director

Heath is a Managing Director at Broadview Group where he focuses on direct investments in private companies.

Prior to Broadview Group, Heath was Vice President of Corporate Development at Dot Family Holdings where he focused on control buyouts of middle-market distribution and supply-chain related companies. From 2015-2022, as the first hire into Dot Family Holdings, Heath helped the Tracy Family grow their family office to $2.2 billion in revenue and over $250 million in EBITDA. During this time, Heath led five platform and numerous complementary acquisitions for Dot Family Holdings, while providing board leadership and strategic guidance. Prior to Dot Family Holdings, Heath was a Vice President at Prospect Partners, a Chicago-based lower middle market private equity firm, where he identified and executed both platform and add-on acquisitions and provided board leadership and strategic guidance to numerous lower-middle-market companies. Prior to Prospect Partners, Heath was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago.

Heath received a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Most recently, Marty is an active entrepreneur and investor. He currently brings his passion for high-quality service and operational efficiency to the wellness sector as the Franchise Owner of The Only Facial in Memphis, TN. This venture reflects his commitment to the Memphis business community and his ability to successfully launch and manage boutique consumer brands.

Angie Groth serves as Senior Director of Development and Integration at Core & Main, leading the company’s M&A integration efforts with a focus on strategic alignment and operational readiness. She has been instrumental in the successful integration of more than 40 acquired businesses, applying a consistent, disciplined approach across diverse teams and markets. Drawing on more than two decades of experience at the company, she excels in managing change and delivering results through intentional, people-centric approaches.

Joe Pimmel

Encore Management Group

Joe leads all financial, operational and fund management efforts for Encore Management Group, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on consolidating fragmented, high-growth industries. Additionally, Joe also invests significant time as an operating partner executing Encore's playbook for financial operations, due diligence, post-closing integration and team growth across its portfolio of companies. Prior to his time with Encore, Joe served as a Managing Partner for Stadia Ventures, a seed stage venture capital firm and as a Senior Manager for RubinBrown.
