Carlos Arraya is the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Bellerive Country Club, where he has built a distinguished career in club governance and strategic operations. He is among a select group of professionals to hold both the Certified Club Manager (CCM) and Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) designations, reflecting his rare expertise across all facets of club leadership.

Carlos is widely regarded as a visionary leader, known for building high-performing, service-driven teams. His ability to inspire excellence, foster accountability, and shape winning cultures has established him as one of the most respected leaders in the club management profession.

Throughout his career, Carlos and his teams have successfully prepared for and hosted championship-level events for the PGA of America, USGA, and state golf associations, including multiple U.S. Open and Senior U.S. Open Qualifiers, and most notably the historic 100th PGA Championship in 2018 at Bellerive. Under his leadership, the club has secured the 2026 BMW Championship and the 2030 Presidents Cup, further solidifying Bellerive’s standing among the world’s premier championship venues.
