Dan’s career in the environmental services industry and entrepreneurial spirit drove him to found O6 Environmental in 2014 to solve some of the industry’s most challenging environmental issues. Since the founding of O6, Dan has grown the business from its humble roots in St. Louis to being a top-regional provider of environmental services throughout the central U.S. corridor. Dan’s vision for the Company led him to partner with a private equity firm in 2022 to continue the business’ upward trajectory. The infusion of capital and strategic guidance allowed Dan to add over 150 employees and 6 new locations in under 3 years.

Kyle joined O6 Environmental in 2023 to partner with Dan during a critical business building stage of growth. His background in accounting, investment banking, private equity, and running his own industrial business created a strong link between the operational aspects of the Company and the private equity ownership group. Having Kyle lead the professionalization and business infrastructure building, Dan was able to focus on the commercial and operational growth. This partnership eventually led to a successful recapitalization of O6 Environmental in late 2025 by another private equity firm.
