Tracy Hart is president of Tarlton Corporation, a general contracting and construction management firm based in St. Louis. Under her leadership, Tarlton has tripled its size and further solidified its market share. Tarlton is a WBENC-certified Women’s Business Enterprise poised for growth and expansion of services.  Tracy also serves as President and CEO of Waterhout Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary performing carpentry construction services.

In the last decade, Ms. Hart has earned acclaim as a successful business leader deeply committed to the St. Louis region, serving on the Greater STL Chair’s Council, the Muny as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, St. Louis Children’s Hospital as a trustee, and most recently the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership as chair of the Board of Directors. She also serves on the Board of Directors of ONE Gas, a public utility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ms. Hart previously served the St. Louis Regional Chamber as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Webster University as a member of the Board of Trustees, Saint Louis Science Center as a trustee and member of the Board of Commissioners and Invest STL as a member of the Board of Directors.

She was elected the first woman chairman of the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis and is a life director for the AGC of America.

Hart is a past winner of the St. Louis Business Journal’s “40 under 40" Award and was named among the areas “25 Most Influential Business Women.” In 2007 she was awarded the University of Missouri-St. Louis Trailblazer Award for her accomplishments as a woman leader among other honors.

She received her B.A. in English and Communication from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Inclusion & Diversity Manager

Roslyn Croft serves as Inclusion & Diversity Manager for Tarlton Corporation, where she has been employed since 2009. In this role, she is the point person for the St. Louis-based general contractor/construction manager’s internal and external diversity efforts. She is actively engaged in outreach and planning to not only increase inclusion on Tarlton projects, but also to educate and assist the company with all aspects of diversity and inclusion. Roslyn leads the company’s Diversity Committee, which comprises office and field personnel focused on creating a more inclusive workplace, reviewing jobsite policies, increasing Tarlton’s diverse spend, and influencing the company culture.

Roslyn was honored as a 2021 Champion of Diversity and Inclusion by the St. Louis Business Journal. In 2018, Roslyn was selected as the MOKAN Construction Industry Leader of the Year for her work in diversity. Her career in the construction industry began in 1999 as Marketing and Corporate Services Manager with Mosley Construction. In support of diversity in the industry, she is active in PEOPLE; the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers Diversity Committee; Associated General Contractors of Missouri Diversity Committee; and Diversity Awareness Partnership DAP Connect Program. Roslyn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Roslyn is president of the North Webster Neighborhood Coalition and Alliance for Interracial Dignity and a member of the St. Louis Public Schools Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee. She has served on the Board of Directors of Kirk Care, Sprog Inc., and the Beck Foundation.

Roslyn and her husband Jeffery Croft recently will be celebrating their 34th wedding anniversary this year and have lived in Webster Groves for 32 years. They have three daughters, Tavanna, Kyla and Myia, and six grandchildren.
