Alaina’s vision and passion for ensuring community services are accessible—including healthcare, job access, and social services—for all persons is what continues to drive MTM forward. Since 2005, she has led MTM's growth from $30 million in annual revenue to nearly $700 million. She is leading the transportation industry to be focused on a sustainable future with a reduction in climate impact. Alaina holds a master’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin School of Business, and is actively involved in the St. Louis community. She is a member of the Washington University Institute of Public Health National Council, the St. Louis Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Council), the St. Louis Regional Business Council, and the MICDS Board of Trustees, and serves on the Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
