This STL Emerging 20 educational session will focus on driving organic growth through pricing. Many businesses understand how to drive EBITDA through cost-reduction and volume increases, but pricing is frequently done on a cost-plus basis or with no formal approach. When used correctly, pricing can be a powerful lever to drive profit. The presentation will lay out a basic pricing framework and some tools building pricing best practices into your organization.
