Leadership, Conversations and Results

In this dynamic and interactive 90-minute session, certified executive coach Chalmers Brothers shares a powerful new framework for understanding leadership and organizational effectiveness that is so close, we often miss it.  He invites you to take a new look at the ways our language and our conversations are the central drivers of leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.

Full of humor and real-life examples from his 32-year career and his best-selling books Language and the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence (2015)and Language and the Pursuit of Happiness (2005), this session promises to deepen your self-awareness, which is the starting point for any meaningful, purposeful change. You will have a new understanding of the source of your own leadership power, and a clear pathway for improving your influence and effectiveness as a leader.
