What is the cancellation policy?Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, are available through February 3, 2026. For cancellations taking place on February 4 or later, tickets may be transferred to another colleague of the registrant's choice. No refunds offered after February 3, 2026.
Who can attend?M&A Tech Connect is open to everyone and all types of business professionals are welcome to attend. Programming and networking opportunities are designed to benefit all middle-market professionals including, but not limited to, private equity leaders, investment bankers, operating partners, corporate strategic acquirers, lenders, privately-held business owners and service providers.

While ACG members benefit from a discounted registration rate, M&A Tech Connect is open to members and non-members.

What is the dress attire?Business attire is recommended for all sessions and networking events.
