Registration Support

As ACG continues to enhance its membership and operations, please find here a step-by-step guide for registering for an event leveraging the new MyACG platform.  

Important Notes

• Members must use the same email address associated with their ACG membership. The ACG platform recognizes this email and automatically displays the applicable member pricing.
• Non-members can register using any email address. Since your email does not exist in the membership database, the system will automatically display non-member pricing.

First-Time Registration

1. Visit the ACG Toronto website.
2. Navigate to the Experiences page.
3. Select the relevant experience and click Register Now.
4. You will be redirected to the MyACG registration platform.
5. A pop-up will prompt you to either Log In or Create an Account.
6. If this is your first time using MyACG, click Create an Account.
   • Members should create an account using the email address associated with your ACG membership.
   • Create a password and complete the account setup.
7. Once logged in, you will be taken to your MyACG dashboard.
8. Verify your email address by clicking the verification notification.
   • A verification email or one-time verification code will be sent to your inbox.
   • Complete the verification process.
9. Complete your MyACG profile by entering your professional and contact information.
10. Scroll down to the event registration section and select the ticket(s) you wish to purchase.
    • You may also register guests, where applicable.
11. Complete the attendee information, including dietary requirements and any other requested details.
12. Proceed to the payment page and complete the transaction through the payment gateway.
13. Once payment is successful, a registration confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.

Returning Attendees

For future event registrations, most of the above steps are no longer required.

The process is simply:

1. Visit the ACG Toronto website.
2. Navigate to the event and click Register Now.
3. Log in using your existing MyACG account.
4. Select your ticket(s).
5. Complete any event-specific information.
6. Submit payment.
7. Receive your confirmation email.
