Cancellations are accepted until:
- 12/31/2025 for a full refund
- 2/11/2026 for a refund minus a $50 processing fee
No refunds will be given after February 11, 2026; however, attendee substitutions will be accepted until 03/10/2026.
Due to the nature of ACG events, guarantees, and requirements by the often small to medium-sized businesses ACG Utah uses as vendors, we cannot offer refunds after February 11, 2026. ACG Utah will work to accommodate individual registration transfers and or other accommodations when possible.
