Megan Mooney is a Director of People and Culture at ManpowerGroup. With progressive experience in HR disciplines of organizational design, assessment and talent management, Megan is passionate about connecting talent strategy to business outcomes.  In her current role she oversees the employee experience for 7,500 North America-based employees. Prior to ManpowerGroup, she held various roles in HR consulting and education. Megan holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Boston College and an Executive MBA From Marquette University. Megan lives in Bay View, WI with her husband and two children (and a third on the way).
