This learning session will center around evaluating what option is best for a business owner looking to transition ownership. A short case study will be distributed at the beginning of the meeting to provide background information to attendees and a panel will follow. The panel will include individuals from various business buyer types (private equity, corporate, ESOP) and they will discuss the pros and cons of each.
