Craig Schiefelbein, Founder and former President & CEO of Paragon Development Systems, will take attendees on a journey which begins with personal inspiration and leads to a purposeful culture driving meaningful innovation.
 
Establishing a culture of innovation involves meaningful contributions toward the consumer experience from all organizational levels and ownership in the development process. Craig will examine how one’s impact can lead to innovation with outcomes that matter, fostering better client experiences, loyalty, and sustainable, profitable growth.

Founder and Former President & CEO

Craig founded Paragon Development Systems (PDS) more than 30 years ago in an Oconomowoc basement and built it up to a company achieving nearly $200+ million in revenues. He attributes this growth to an organizational culture that prompted agility and innovation. In addition to his business, Craig’s philanthropic efforts include building foundations locally (OAF and OPEF), to bringing water to parts of Africa, building schools in Cambodia, and many things in between.
