ACG Wisconsin's Corporate Development Series offers an interactive format that focuses on the various stages of the corporate M&A cycle. This forum will provide an opportunity for corporate M&A professionals to exchange best practices, share tools and techniques, and stay current on industry trends. Our Integration Panel will address the following:
  • Critical integration factors and timing
  • Integration planning priorities
  • Lessons learned and avoiding pitfalls

Andrew Dequire plays a key role in driving profitable growth for both Quad Graphics' core print operations as well as complementary business areas globally, assisting business units with strategy development and execution, including acquisitions, partnerships, and new products and services. Andrew came to Quad from Johnson Controls, where he was vice president of business development & global growth for its building efficiency division.

Frank Jaehnert was the President & CEO of Brady Corporation, an international manufacturer and marketer of complete identification solutions, from 2003 until his retirement in 2013. Before that he served as its CFO and as a divisional President. Prior to joining Brady Corporation, Frank held various financial positions in Germany and the US at Robert Bosch GmbH, a multinational engineering and electronics company. Frank serves on the Board of Directors of Nordson Corporation, Briggs & Stratton Corporation, Itron, Inc., as well as on the Board of Regents of the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

As Director of Mason Wells Buyout Funds, Mike Wirth is responsible for supporting the investment activities of those funds. In this capacity, Mike initiates investment opportunities, creates investment analyses, performs market research, conducts due diligence, negotiates debt financings, serves on the Board of Directors of portfolio companies, and works with portfolio company management teams.
