From its roots within a regional CPA firm, she reinvented the M&A practice to create a true boutique investment banking practice.

Patrick practices corporate law, with an emphasis in securities law compliance, acquisitions, activism preparedness, and takeover defense. He regularly counsels several public companies concerning compliance requirements and governance matters and has participated in securities offerings for numerous corporations. Patrick also has participated in many complex acquisition transactions representing both buying and selling parties in a variety of industries.

As Senior Vice President-Strategy and Corporate Development, Chuck Lauber is responsible for partnering with the executive team to identify and define corporate strategic initiatives globally as well as overseeing the company’s merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture activities. After holding multiple positions within the company, Chuck was named to the newly created position of Senior Vice President-Strategy and Planning in January 2013 and assumed his current position in March 2014.
