Mark Witt is a shareholder in the firm’s Milwaukee office and member of the Corporate Practice Group. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and strategic commercial relationships for a number of public and private companies and private equity funds.  He serves on the firm’s Management Committee.  He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

In 2012, Andy Nunemaker co-founded Dynamis Corporation, a provider of sales software in the healthcare insurance industry. Prior to co-founding Dynamis, Andy served as President of Intermedix EMSystems and CEO of EMSystems. Andy also held a number of executive roles including CEO of GE Healthcare for Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia. Andy serves on the Board of Directors for numerous organizations. He teaches in the MBA program at Marquette University as a part-time faculty member in the Entrepreneurship program and is a member of the Golden Angel Investors. 

CEO of OnCourse Learning since 2011, Patrick brings extensive financial, operational, and business development experience to the mission of the organization. Joining OnCourse Learning in December 2008 as CFO, he has spent several years influencing the strategic direction of OnCourse Learning to promote collaboration between brands, leverage the latest training technologies, and create products and services for differentiation and growth in the marketplace.

In 1999, Devin became President of Wolf Paving. Founded in 1941, Wolf Paving is a third-generation, family-owned asphalt paving company has operated as both an asphalt manufacturer and asphalt paving contractor.
