Tim Sullivan is the President & CEO of the REV Group, a Milwaukee manufacturer of fire and emergency vehicles, commercial buses, transit buses, school buses, specialty trucks, mobility vans, construction sweepers, and recreational vehicles.

From July 2013 to June 2014, Tim was Chairman and CEO of Gardner Denver. In 2012, Tim served as a special consultant to Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. He chaired the Wisconsin Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment and the Wisconsin Governor’s College and Workforce Readiness Council. From 2000 to 2011, Tim was President & CEO of Bucyrus.

Rick Lytle is currently Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Source. He has held this position since April 2015 when Baird acquired a medical equipment parts and medical battery manufacturing business in Milwaukee. Since the original acquisition, Rick and his team have transformed the business to a total solutions provider of medical equipment repair services via the acquisition of certain ultrasound and bone density imaging service franchises from GE Healthcare, and the acquisition of a scope and surgical instrument repair company. The balanced portfolio of medical parts distribution, medical battery manufacturing, imaging field service, and medical equipment depot services will continue to expand its operations in and outside the United States.
