Greg Domino

Anderson Process
CEO

Greg Domino’s primary passion can be stated in one word: Growth. Specifically, how coaches and leaders have the ability to impact the growth and performance of individuals or teams. This passion ignited Greg to acquire Anderson Process in 2003. Greg began his career in 1981 as an application engineer and climbed the ranks to Director of Sales in 1996 and then entered into a buy/sell agreement with Doug Behrens. In April of 2003, he purchased the company from Doug Behrens and since then, acquired and integrated five other companies into the platform.

Event Secondary Body

ACG Wisconsin is pleased to present the 2018 Outstanding Corporate Growth Award to Duluth Trading Company and Anderson Process.

About Duluth Trading Company

The Belleville, Wisconsin-based company gleefully embraces kitsch and off-color humor, but the company has not been breezy about its growth strategy. It opened 15 new stores in 2017 and plans to open 15 more this year. In 2018, it is working to grow the women’s business, which through fiscal year 2016 only accounted for 21 percent of net sales. It has also taken steps to move beyond workwear and enter the activewear space. Today, it’s competing with brands like REI, Columbia, and Patagonia to appeal to younger, more active customers, while still going up against brands like Cabela’s and Carhartt in the workwear space.

About Anderson Process

Originally founded as A.A. Anderson, Anderson Process has evolved to become a single source partner dedicated to delivering integrated solutions that optimize fluid management. Anderson Process has made three strategic acquisitions in the last two years, growing from two locations (Brookfield, WI and Lombard IL) to locations in seven states. One of its key strategic strengths is the sales process as 25% of their total team is part of the sales function. Anderson Process has experienced 47% YOY growth in FY 2018 with employee growth tripling  since 2015.
