TJ Perlick Molinari, Perlick Corporation
Theodore “TJ” Perlick Molinari, Vice President of Special Projects at the Perlick Corporation, is the 5^th generation of his family to work in the business. Following an 8-year legal career, he joined Perlick as a Customer Service Representative and subsequently worked his way through the factory as a Production Supervisor of the direct labor workforce. TJ is currently responsible for development and oversight of Perlick's new strategic plan.

George Bauman, Great Lakes Rubber
George Bauman joined Great Lakes Rubber in 2011. As President, he is responsible for internal operations and sales management, strategic planning, customer account management, and new business generation in North America, Europe, and Asia. Great Lakes Rubber has 60 years of track record dedicating itself to our customers and making our company a prominent player in the Midwest.
