Thomas O’Hare is a Senior Vice President, Business Development Officer and works out of Marquette’s Chicago office covering the Midwest. Tom has over 25 years of professional experience in commercial and asset-based lending. His extensive background includes experience from several companies such as American National Bank & Trust, Associated Bank, Wintrust Financial, and Transcap Associates (now Wells Fargo Trade Finance). He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago, majoring in Accounting, and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.

Principal

Bryan Rozum is a Principal in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on the group's Commercial Finance platform. Prior to joining Ares in 2017, Bryan was a Director at CapX Partners, where he was responsible for business development and underwriting within the Midwestern region of the United States. Previously, Bryan served as a Loan Officer within the commercial lending division at The PrivateBank. Bryan currently serves on the board of the Membership Committee at CFA Society of Chicago. He also serves as the President of the Junior Board at Metropolitan Family Services and is a founding board member at ACG NextGen Leaders.

Anthony DiChiara

Executive Vice President

Anthony DiChiara is an Executive Vice President, Head of Sales and Credit Committee member with Gibraltar Business Capital based out of Northbrook, IL.  He has nearly 25 years of commercial lending experience, including both asset-based and cash flow financings.  Prior to joining Gibraltar over 4 years ago, Anthony held both credit and origination roles at Capital One Leverage Finance, Wachovia Capital Finance, Merrill Lynch Capital, GE Capital, Heller Financial and Fleet Capital Corporation.  He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Join us in June for a panel discussion focused on the Alternative Financing market.  Through an interactive discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about nontraditional financing options, when they make sense, and how alternative lenders work with other business professionals to source and execute deals.
