DEALMAX CONCERT REGULATIONS
Eligibility: The DEALMAX CONCERT EXCLUSIVE BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE (“Giveaway”) is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the Continental United States, Hawaii and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old and register for the DealMAXconference taking place in Las Vegas, Nevada, May 8-10, 2023. The Association for Corporate Growth (“ACG”), its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and each of their employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Giveaways Entities” or the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Regulations and to ACG’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway and which ACG may decide in its sole discretion. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
By participating in this giveaway you: (a) agree to be bound by these Regulations and by the interpretations thereof by ACG and by the decisions of ACG; (b) acknowledge compliance with these regulations; (c) represent and warrant that you meet all the eligibility criteria set forth herein; (d) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (e) agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, injury or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway and for any claim or cause of action.
How to Register for the Giveaway: On or before 11:59 pm on January 24, 2023, visit https://dealmax.org/ (the “Website”) and follow the instructions provided to complete the online registration for the DealMAX conference taking place from May 8-10,2023. You will then also be eligible for the Giveaway. ACG’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Giveaway.
What We Are Giving Away:
One (1) individual will get an exclusive backstage experience during the DealMAX conference. Exact time to be determined.
Five (5) individuals will be granted access to the VIP section of the DealMAX opening party which will take place at the Aria, Las Vegas, on May 8, 2023.
Odds of being selected depend upon the number of eligible registrations received.
Notification and Acceptance: Selected individuals will be notified via the email address used to complete their DealMAX registration and they must accept via email no later than 5 (five) days after receiving notice and will be required to sign all documents provided to them or they forfeit their spot and or the opportunity will go to the next randomly selected individual from among all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting and in ACG’s sole discretion. To attend the special events, all individuals selected will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance.
Additional Rules & Restrictions: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, illegible or delayed registrations or selection acceptances; delays, failures, hardware failures, viruses, bugs, errors in programing; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, Website failures, the cancellation or postponement of the Concert or any event, or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway.
Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway, Website or who are in violation of these Regulations, as solely determined by ACG, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Giveaway be, in ACG’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of ACG, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, ACG reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and, if terminated, at its discretion, make selections from all eligible, non-suspect registrations received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by ACG. Registrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by registrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury or death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any registration or participation in this Giveaway or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. The released parties are not responsible if any experience cannot be awarded due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, actual or threatened public health crises (including without limitation an epidemic or pandemic) or terrorism.
