Seating will be limited! Register early for discounted rates. Now until 12Noon on Wed. March 22nd: ACG Member Rate @ $50./Non-Member Rate @ $85. Late Registration Rates begin @ 12:01PM on Wed. March 22nd thru 5PM on Mon. March 27th: ACG Member Rate @ $60./Non-Member Rate @ $95. We will no longer accept day-of registrations or walk-ins. Only individuals who register by the aforementioned deadlines (or until we sell out) will have a seat at this lunch.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5PM the day before the event will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM the day before the event. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.   

ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open seats at the event venues once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a seat readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

Bruce H.C. Hill is the Control Person for the San Antonio Missions and is a partial owner of the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA. He is president and principal owner of BHCH Mineral, Ltd., a mineral and royalty company.  BHCH currently has interests in over 13,500 wells located throughout nineteen states.  Mr. Hill also serves as the president of Hill Leasing Partners, Ltd., a real estate investment and development firm, and is a General Partner in several ventures, including Laguna Water III, Ltd, a water rights investment firm and Fulton Development a multi-family developer. He and his family manage many private equity investments in a variety of industries and concerns. Mr. Hill is a Director Emeritus to the Admiral Nimitz Foundation, and he has been a member of numerous non-profit boards, including Sunshine School for Deaf Children in San Antonio, the Alamo Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and the National Board of Learning for Life. Mr. Hill graduated from the University of Texas in Austin in 1977 and St. Mary’s Law School in 1980.  Mr. Hill and his wife Ellen are lifelong San Antonio residents and have four children, and six grandchildren.

Bob Cohen is Founder and President of Bob Cohen Strategies, LLC and has consulted domestic and foreign media, sports and entertainment businesses, research firms and packaged foods businesses.  In 2014, Cohen and a group of local San Antonio investors launched, commZoomÒ Communications, LLC, a San Antonio based startup broadband and cable TV company serving 15 rural south Texas markets, where he also served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. commZoom was acquired by SpectrumÒ in March of 2022.

Bob is a shareholder and board member of Gow Media LLC, which owns and operates digital media outlets CultureMap, SportsMap, InnovationMap, SportsMap Radio Network, and ESPN 97.5FM and 92.5FM (Houston, TX).

Cohen is a long-time media industry veteran with an extensive background and accomplishments in media, sports, and entertainment.  Cohen spent 23 years with San Antonio based Clear Channel Communications (now iHeart Media) including nine years as CEO of the company’s International Radio division which operated 240 radio stations in eight different countries. Cohen spent 11 years as Vice President/Market Manager for Clear Channel’s seven radio stations in the company’s hometown of San Antonio, including the company’s flagship Newsradio 1200 WOAI, Ticket 760, Mix 96.1, Q 101.9, and country leader KJ-97. 

Prior to returning to his hometown of San Antonio in 1986, Cohen spent the early portion of his career in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and Kansas City in professional and collegiate athletics, broadcasting, and magazine publishing.

Cohen has been active in industry and community non-profit boards.  He was Chairman of the 2006 Valero Alamo Bowl and has been a board member since 1995. He was also a long serving executive committee member and former Chairman of the Texas Association of Broadcasters, served on the national board of the College of Media and Communications at Texas Tech University, is a former executive committee member and current member of the board of directors of the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation and former camp council board member of YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow in Hunt, Texas.

Cohen graduated with a BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.  He and his wife Pam are native San Antonians and have three grown children Matt, Emily, and Benji.
