We're holding a joint lunch in Austin with Exit Planning Institute (EPI) on Wednesday, February 11th at Westwood Country Club. The topic is “Profiling Owners in Growth & Exiting” and our speakers will be Joe Calao from Morgan Stanley, Sisi Provost of Venturi Private Wealth, and Colin Heller & Kevin Jones, Founders of SimpleBills. This event is being sponsored by Partners.

To accommodate more networking time, we’ll be starting this event @ 11:15AM. Networking will be from 11:15AM-12Noon, and the lunch program will be from 12Noon-1PM. You are welcome to stay and continue networking from 1PM-1:30PM.

Dietary Restrictions - While some dietary restrictions are based on medical conditions, allergies, or religious convictions that must be strictly observed, others may be based on personal preferences. It's important to differentiate between the two to ensure we address everyone's needs appropriately. Please ensure any dietary requests that are submitted are based on restrictions and not preferences. Dietary restrictions must be received by close of business on Wednesday, February 4th.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by Wednesday, February 4th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after Wed. Feb. 4th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.   

ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open seats at the respective event venues once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a seat readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

A 3% payment processing fee will be added to credit card transactions. This fee covers non-refundable costs charged by our payment processor and does not represent surplus for ACG. To avoid the 3% payment processing fee, registrants have the option to pay by check, ACH, debit, or prepaid gift cards.

Colin Heller was the co-founder & CEO of SimpleBills, a technology-enabled service business that helped operators and residents manage utility bills in Purpose-Built Student Housing communities. The company was bootstrapped in 2008 and ultimately sold to RealPage, a publicly traded property technology firm in Dallas in 2019. Colin worked for RealPage for 4 years while they achieved their earn-outs and left in 2023. Colin’s primary focus at SimpleBills was Operations, Customer Support, and Product Development (software). Colin is married with 3 children and is based in Woodway, Texas. His passions include technology, hunting, and spending time at his lake house in Conroe, Texas.

Bringing 20 years of experience in the ultra-high net worth space, Sisi Provost consults with families having multigenerational wealth on estate planning, advanced wealth transfer strategies, and facilitates family meetings to achieve NexGen education and stewardship, business and family enterprise succession, and formal family governance. In 2020, she co-founded Succession Advisors, a technology media company providing access to credible educational content on a variety of topics addressing the complexities and challenges of family legacy wealth.  In 2023 the company launched The Education Initiative, a program partnering with university professors and recognized industry experts to develop and distribute NextGen financial education courses.
