ACG Austin/San Antonio’s Annual Deal of the Year Award & Toast to Central TX Investors Reception focuses on celebrating the booming middle-market deal community in Central Texas. Once again this year, we're combining our Deal of the Year Award with our annual Toast to Central Texas Investors reception! ACG ASA will host an evening of informal networking, wine tasting, hors d'oeuvres and great conversation as we recognized the Deal of the Year and Texas Middle Market Private Equity, VC, Family Office, & Investment Bankers for their contributions to the Central Texas economy.  

The Deal of the Year winner will be announced at this reception on Wednesday, September 16th from 6PM-8:30PM at Headliner's Club in downtown Austin.

Dietary Restrictions - While some dietary restrictions are based on medical conditions, allergies, or religious convictions that must be strictly observed, others may be based on personal preferences. It's important to differentiate between the two to ensure we address everyone's needs appropriately. Please ensure any dietary requests that are submitted are based on restrictions and not preferences. If you forgot to note a dietary restriction when registering, please email it to acgasa@acg.org no later than Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026.

HEADLINERS DRESS CODE: Business attire is required for members and guests. This includes slacks or nice jeans (no tears) and collared shirts for men. Jackets and ties are not required but are often worn. Similarly appropriate attire is required for women. No shorts or athletic attire are permitted. Men shall not wear hats in The Club (unless they have five or more Grammy Awards). Hats can be left in the coat closet upon entry.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by Wednesday, Sept. 9th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after Wednesday, Sept. 9th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.   

A 3% payment processing fee will be added to credit card transactions. This fee covers non-refundable costs charged by our payment processor and does not represent surplus for ACG. To avoid the 3% payment processing fee, registrants have the option to pay by check, ACH, debit, or prepaid gift cards.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
