Executive Career Transition Roundtable (ECTR) 

This monthly meeting is designed for experienced executives who are in career transition.  If you or someone you know is a Director, VP or C-Level Executive who is between jobs or looking ahead for something new, this is the place to be.  Each month we will have a short educational program followed by facilitated peer to peer networking. 

 

Our March program will focus on best strategies for working with recruiters and also provide perspective on COVID hiring trends now and going forward.

David is the Managing Director at Stanton Chase’s Austin office. Widely recognized as a strategic partner on all of his client engagements, he has been involved in over 425 successful searches spanning all senior level executive and functional leadership positions.  As Vice Chair and Board member, he is also responsible for managing Stanton Chase’s global footprint of 75 offices in 46 countries.   

David has more than 30+ years of experience serving a broad client base as a senior-level executive search consultant. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, he was a partner with a boutique search firm and a Principal with Korn/Ferry International, where he was a founding member of the Global Life Sciences Practice and a core member of the Global Technology Practice, with a focus on emerging technologies within both global practices. During his nine-year tenure with the firm, David was a critical contributor in establishing their Austin, TX, and Princeton, NJ, offices. His career in executive search began with a boutique executive search firm with offices in Palo Alto, New York City, and London for whom he was the Global Research Director based in New York City. 

He lectures at the University of Texas at Austin and is President Emeritus of the Austin chapter of the Cornell Alumni Association. David received a B.Sc. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University as a Father Kelly Scholar. 

David is a certified Ambassador for Hofstede Insights, the global leader in organizational culture and intercultural management assessment.
