Join ACG Austin/San Antonio for our annual Toast to Private Equity Reception, an evening of informal networking, wine tasting, light hors d'oeuvres and conversation as we recognize Texas Middle Market Private Equity Investors for their contributions to the Texas economy. This will be an opportunity to meet with representatives from some of Texas' leading private equity investor firms. This event will be held from 6PM-8PM at the Hyatt Regency Austin in Foothills (on the 17th floor) - 208 Barton Springs Road, Austin, Texas 78704.

COVID-19 Procedures:
•When you arrive, you will be asked to put a green, yellow, or red sticker on your name badge to indicate the level of contact with which you are comfortable: green=handshakes & hugs, yellow=elbow or fist bumps, red=no contact.
•We prefer everyone keep masks on during the networking portion of the event. Complimentary disposable masks will be available should you forget yours.

Please cancel your registration (without penalty) if you have registered for this event, and any of the following applies:
• You have tested positive for COVID-19,
• Are waiting for COVID-19 test results,
• Have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.
 
Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5pm on Monday, Oct. 25th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5pm on Monday, Oct. 25th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.
