Eric Dunigan, Co-Founder & President and Rich Shields, CFO of Arrive Logistics

What are your company’s values, and how do you keep the focus on those values as you scale?

Tech-powered freight brokerage Arrive Logistics has something to say about that. Since their founding in 2014, Arrive Logistics has doubled in size and revenue each year, jumping from $30.5 million in 2015 to $58.9 million in 2016, $143.5 million in 2017, and $370 million in 2018. And through it all, they’ve maintained laser focus on their five core cultural values: integrity, trust, loyalty, fight, and boldness.

Co-founder and President Eric Dunigan and CFO Richard Shields will be joining us in March to share Arrive Logistics’ story, sharing insights on their meteoric growth, the culture that has enabled it, and their plans for the company’s future.

Headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices in Chicago and Chattanooga, Arrive Logistics has redefined what it means to be a modern broker through dedication to both shippers and carriers, giving partners more by putting proprietary technology, unprecedented operations, and customer service at the forefront of their business.
