Mike is the CFO and Co-Founder of Atmosphere, the worldwide leader in streaming TV entertainment for businesses. Mike oversees strategic planning, corporate development, financial reporting, accounting and financial operations and administrative functions for the company. Prior to Atmosphere, Mike was the CFO of Atmosphere's former parent company Chive Media Group. Chive Media Group is a multiplatform digital media and eCommerce company known for the company’s flagship brand, theCHIVE.
Mike also Co-Founded Project Venkman in 2021. Project Venkman is a next generation loyalty program toolkit for publishers and brands providing software solutions for branded crypto tokens, NFTs and other digital awards. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors at Chive Media Group and Project Venkman. Prior to joining Chive Media Group, Mike worked as an investment banker in Chicago and London, most recently for Moelis & Company focusing on M&A, capital markets, restructuring and advisory assignments within the TMT sector. Prior to Moelis, Mike worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Lincoln International. Mike is a graduate of the University of Illinois. During his days at U of I, Mike nabbed the girl next door (literally she lived next door). He and his wife Corey are now proud parents of 3.  

Atmosphere TV is a streaming platform made exclusively for businesses. It was launched in 2018 and provides free facilities to the users. It has more than 50 family-friendly audio channels at a fraction of the cost of regular cable. A significant part of the revenue for the platform comes from ads by the clients like Jack Daniels, government agencies, Draft Kings, and state lotteries. It streams in 30,000+ global venues.
