Online registration is open and the RSVP deadline is Friday, Sept. 24th. ACG Member rate: $50, non-member rate: $85. Prices increase by $10 each after the RSVP deadline.   

 
This lunch will take place at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse at Quarry Market, 255 E Basse, San Antonio, TX 78209-8336. 
  
Self-parking is free and available in the lot in surrounding the restaurant.

•  Masks are optional, however ACG recommends you follow CDC and local guidelines which state if you are not fully vaccinated, masks should be worn when you are not eating or drinking.
•  We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation, remain vigilant and strictly adhere to all recommended cautionary measures, protocols and guidelines from various health organizations and local authorities, in an
effort to ensure our guests remain in a safe and healthy environment.   We will make operational changes and consider additional precautionary measures as necessary.

ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open seats with walk-in registrants at the respective event venues once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a seat readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5PM, Sept. 27th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM on Sept. 27th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.

Romanita Matta-Barrera joined San Antonio Economic Development Foundation (SAEDF) in 2016. As the Executive Director of SA Works, she leads efforts to align education, workforce and economic development with the talent needs of San Antonio’s current and future employers. Prior to joining SAEDF, Matta-Barrera served as president and CEO of Fluent Strategy Group for eight years working on strategic initiatives, federal funding, public policy and multicultural marketing and advocacy with clients such as H-E-B, AARP and the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide, AVANCE National, SER National, and Zero-to-Three. Her career has taken her from serving San Antonio job-seekers with SER Jobs for Progress to shaping education policy in Washington, D.C. as Deputy Director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans and Director of Hispanic Outreach and Communications at the U.S. Department of Education. Matta-Barrera serves as Board Secretary for Family Services Association and serves as an Advisory Council member for the UTSA Center for Educational Leadership, Policy and Professional Development. She has also served as chair on the Education Committee for the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce federal legislative advocacy trip. Matta-Barrera is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, with degrees in Government and Latin American Studies.

Jenna Saucedo-Herrera is the CEO of greater:SATX, a regional economic partnership charged with growing and diversifying the eight county San Antonio-New Braunfels MSA. In this role, Jenna and her team work closely with the regional business community, and government to recruit new companies, foster global business relationships, help local companies grow and build the local talent pipeline. During her five-year tenure at the helm of San Antonio’s economic development team, greater:SATX has secured over eighteen thousand jobs for the region through recruitment and expansion projects that include: Ernst & Young, Victory Capital, Navistar, and Aisin. Jenna has received accolades including the “2015 Women in Leadership Award” and the “2017 40 Under 40: Woman of the Year Award” from the San Antonio Business Journal, acknowledgment by the San Antonio Express-News in their “2016 Women Who Run San Antonio” feature, and recognition in Culturemap’s “Top Texans Under 30”. She is an alumna of St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management. She is also a member of the Texas Women’s Forum, the Texas Lyceum, and the International Women’s Forum.
