Speaker: Jon Allman, President & CEO of Endeavors. This lunch is being sponsored by Calvetti Ferguson.

Jon Allman is the Chief Executive Officer of Endeavors, a national service organization of nearly 2,000 employees. Based in San Antonio, Texas, Endeavors provides community-based housing services, Veteran family mental health and wellness clinics, emergency disaster response, and humanitarian support for migrant families and unaccompanied children across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Endeavors has assisted vulnerable people in crisis since 1969, most recently serving over 80,000 clients in 2021.

This lunch will take place at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse at Quarry Market, 255 E Basse, San Antonio, TX 78209-8336.

Self-parking is free and available in the lot in surrounding the restaurant.

Your registration for this event acts as an audio/video release and includes your permission for ACG Austin/San Antonio to use your image and comments captured on audio, video or photographic formats while attending the event for marketing and promotional purposes. ACG Austin/San Antonio reserves the right to fill open seats with walk-in registrants at the respective event venues once the networking period has passed and the official event programming has begun. In rare instances this could mean that registered attendees arriving late will not have a seat readily available upon their arrival. In these instances ACG Austin/San Antonio will work to accommodate the attendee, and if not able to do so to the attendee's satisfaction, ACG Austin/San Antonio will refund their registration fee.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgasa@acg.org by 5PM, Aug. 29th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM on Aug. 29th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.

Jon Allman

Endeavors

President & CEO

Born in Little Rock, Arkansas, Jon Allman attended the University of Arkansas, where he completed the Air Force ROTC program and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, Allman earned an MA in Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri and served a successful 20-year career in the Air Force, where he flew combat missions while leading the only dedicated aeromedical evacuation squadron in Europe as Director of Operations. In October 2000, Allman piloted the MacKay Trophy award-winning mission to Aden Yemen, rescuing critically wounded survivors from the terrorist attack on the USS Cole.

Allman is a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars Associations and a recipient of the San Antonio Business Journal Veteran in Business Award. He serves on the board of directors of Family Endeavors, the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, and as Chairman of Urban Alliance, a San Antonio-based housing initiative for people with disabilities. Previously, he served as an elder at Oak Hills Church for ten years. He and his wife Tara have two grown children.
