This is an exclusive, complimentary Roundtable and Networking Series for ACG and invited C-Level executives and business owners of growth-oriented companies.

CEASAR (Corporate Executives Austin/San Antonio Roundtable) is an invitation-only networking community exclusively for ACG and invited C-Suite and Business Owners in the Austin/San Antonio area.

CEASAR offers the rare opportunity to engage with a community of like-minded executives who share in the challenges and opportunities of growing companies. This is absolutely essential in the present environment of uncertainty and upheaval revolving around the COVID-19 reopening and other events.

Each meeting will include a short presentation featuring a CEO or C-Suiter discussing best practices, rising industry challenges, or other relevant topic. Questions and discussion will follow, with group breakouts rounding out the meeting.

During our August 4th online Zoom meeting, Chad McNair, Executive Director of McNair Java Partners will be our featured presenter & will discuss "The Four M's of Business". Chad built the San Antonio-based Aspen Beverage from startup through sale to a multinational company. McNair Java Partners presently has 6 startups.

For those who wish to connect on a deeper level, we will have a CEASAR Mastermind scheduled two weeks after each Roundtable.

McNair Java Partners
CEO

Chad McNair began his coffee business in 1988 with the development of a liquid coffee extract operation based in Houston, Texas.  The original product was a high-quality coffee concentrate that was bottled for home use as a base for iced and frozen coffee beverages.  The concept was re-launched in 1993 in San Antonio, Texas with an emphasis on food service and commercial applications for coffee extracts.  Aspen Beverage Group is a significant international player in the coffee extract business serving major branded coffee labels, quick serve restaurants, club retailers, bottlers, roasters and distributors.  After 24 years of growing Aspen Beverage to become the largest Cold Brew Coffee manufacturer globally, McNair sold the company in 2017 and formed a family office, McNair Java Partners, engaged in investing and launching new business ventures. He also serves on a variety of for-profit and non-profit boards.

McNair has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in finance from the University of Houston.  He began his career as part of a large consulting engineering group in Houston and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

Chad has been married to Dr. Shelly McNair for 31 years.  Dr. McNair is a partner with Southwest Children’s Center where she practices pediatrics.  Chad & Shelly have two sons, one working in private wealth management and the other married and studying food science, and a married daughter attending medical school at UT Health in San Antonio.
