Amir Yoffe

Amir Yoffe is a Partner of CIC Partners (“CIC”), sits on the investment commitee and is head of the food & consumer strategy at CIC Partners. Prior to joining CIC, Amir worked in JP Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitons group in New York, where he completed transactons in the healthcare, telecom and 
energy industries. He serves as Chairman of Keep It Real Foods and Packline Solutons Group and is the former Chairman of McClancy Foods & Flavors, L&L Foods and director of Craftmark Bakery, OmniSYS, 
Totally Green (OTC: TLGN), BroadJump, LLC and Combs Produce.
 

In additon to his CIC actvites, Amir serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Texas A&M Food Science & Technology Department and the Alternatve Assets Management Center at SMU's Cox School of Business. Amir previously served as a board member for The Lamplighter School of Dallas and the ADL Texas Regional Board.  

Amir is a graduate with Distncton from Harvard Business School and a graduate of Cornell University. Amir currently lives in Dallas, TX, has been married for 18 years and has two sons.
