Kevin has over 15 years of consulting and auditing experience focusing on the design, implementation, and security of IT systems and infrastructure. Currently, Kevin leads the cybersecurity due diligence practice for RSM US LLP, where he and his teams perform a multitude of in depth security reviews pertaining to all sides of the M&A space including buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as corporate acquisitions.
