Larissa Rozycki

Ms. Rozycki is a director at Harris Williams. She has more than 16 years of experience advising publicly traded and privately held middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Additionally, Ms. Rozycki has advised on other strategic advisory assignments including independent valuations, fairness opinions, and restructuring transactions. Her experience covers a broad range of industries including metals, building products, construction and engineering, infrastructure, healthcare, and consumer products. She is an active member of the ACG Cleveland Chapter and earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.
