Don Sandusky

Donald “Donnie” Sandusky resides in Bethany Beach, Delaware and runs his global Hamboards business, from wherever he happens to be. He’s a PhD engineer with 10 years corporate experience and another 15 years as a serial entrepreneur in sports equipment. Prior to launching Hamboards (5 years ago) he had two successful exits, one to Spalding and another to New Balance. He has become a decent media producer, administrator, accountant and lawyer, but his passion is building growth businesses based on branded sports equipment featuring inventive performance attributes. His career has taken him ‘round the world, many times. Recently Don’s been the primary expert witness for a class action suit related to consumer product performance claims. Outside of work he leads a regular “American Dad Life”, loves all board sports, has been a lifelong ice hockey player/coach and steals time for big game fishing.
