Overview

Body

Due to the increasing concern about the spread of COVID-19, we have decided to postpone A Networking Night in Providence to a later date. The health and safety of our members and attendees is our top priority, and so we feel the right decision at this time is to reschedule.

Once we confirm a new date, we will let you know. Your registration will automatically transfer over to the new date, so no action is needed on your part if you can attend. If you are unable to attend on the new date, we will be happy to cancel your registration and process a refund.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to see you all soon!

An Update on COVID-19

We'd like to give you all a brief update on our plans amid the COVID-19 outbreak: as of today, we intend to hold our events in March as planned. We're committed to watching the situation with COVID-19 unfold, and to mitigating the risk to our attendees at our events.

To that end, we are communicating with the venues to ensure we and they are taking the necessary precautions with regard to the cleaning and sanitizing of public spaces. If the risks do extend to the health and safety of our attendees, we will notify you of any changes to the events, and should an event be cancelled, you will be fully refunded for your registration.

ACG recommends that all event attendees follow the respective national agencies’ travel guidance, including if you become ill to abstain from travel and not participate in public events.  We hope you all will stay healthy, and thank you for being valuable members of our community.
