Cancellation Policy – Cancellations received in writing to acgcentraltexas@acg.org by 5PM, Dec. 11th will receive a full refund. There are no refunds for cancellations received after 5PM on Dec. 11th. If you are an ACG Member unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for this same event. If the person attending in your place is not an ACG Member, they will need to pay an additional fee to bring them up to the non-member rate to attend.

Ellen Wood is a professional with a depth of experience in finance and entrepreneurship gained throughout a career that spans more than 30 years. In 1996, Ellen co-founded the financial consulting firm vcfo in Austin to offer companies the opportunity to access high level strategic financial advice on a fractional and affordable manner.  The pioneer of this concept, vcfo opened offices in Dallas, Denver, and Houston and has now had the privilege of working closely with more than 4,000 companies.

An active member of the business community, Ellen is the immediate Past Chair for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, the immediate past Chairman of the Board for University Federal Credit Union (UFCU), a member of the Supervisory (Audit) committee of UFCU, the Vice Chair of Innovation and Technology for the Austin Chamber of Commerce, a member of Austin Area Research Organization (AARO), the Treasurer for the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas, and as an Advisory board member and past Treasurer for the Capital Area Boy Scouts board. She is the past chair of the Central Texas RCIC, TeXchange,  and a winner of the Austin Business Journal’s Profiles in Power Award. Ellen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Texas CPA.

Joyce sits on the board of the Austin Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Women Presidents’ Organization.
