Mark Crouch is a Managing Director at TrueNorth Capital Partners LLC., and has over 20-years of experience providing financial advisory services in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring/bankruptcy, leveraged finance and capital placements. With that broad experience he participates in all phases of an assignment, from deal generation and relationship management through evaluation of bids and term sheets and negotiation of transaction terms. The bulk of Mark’s career has focused on corporate finance and restructuring transactions in the middle market across a broad spectrum of industries, with clients including multinational public companies and their subsidiaries, institutional investors’ portfolio companies and family-owned enterprises, both domestic and international. His Wall Street experience was gained on the M&A teams of ABN AMRO, Jefferies, ING Capital and PwC Corporate Finance working on both healthy and special situation transactions, including sales through Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mark also worked on the leveraged finance team at Rabobank where he financed numerous private equity-backed acquisitions and recapitalizations. |

Chris Grambling is a Partner at Southfield Capital, focusing on origination, execution, and portfolio management. He joined Southfield in May 2018 and has over 18 years of industry experience, including 14+ in middle-market private equity investing. Chris has worked across a range of industries, including business and financial services, industrials, consumer/retail, and healthcare. Chris is currently on the board of directors of Milrose Consultants, Kelvin Group, Business Development Resources (BDR), Alba Wheels Up, and previously served on the board of directors of Ntiva. Chris received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University. |

Jeffrey Kelson is the Co-Leader of the firm’s National Tax Office and a leader in the New Jersey office at EisnerAmper, bringing 30 years of experience to his role. He also heads the firm’s Tax Thought Leadership initiative. Jeff’s expertise includes tax compliance and planning, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and turnaround situations, and SEC issues related to IPOs and privatization. He has extensive experience in the taxation of pass-through entities and Section 1202 Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS). He has presented numerous webinars on Section 382 (regarding the carryover of corporate tax attributes). Jeff’s background spans various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, and professional services. Among his clients have been a $1 billion brand management company, a $500 million linens/bedding distributor, a regional airline, and multiple software entities. He is frequently quoted in business publications for his tax insights and has appeared on television to discuss potential tax changes. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was a tax partner at a national accounting firm, where he provided corporate tax support for public and private clients. |
