Bobby Schneider, Team Lead, Unity

Bobby is a Team Lead on the Value Acceleration "Propel" Team at Unity Partners. He is responsible for driving Propel’s efforts as part of Unity’s Partner & Propel strategy, collaborating with the Investment Team throughout the investment process, and identifying ways to Build Better Together with portfolio company leadership teams. Prior to Unity, he was Vice President on the value enhancement team at Summit Partners working to identify and implement revenue, operational, and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Prior to Summit, he worked as a consultant for Parthenon/Parthenon-EY. Throughout these experiences, Bobby has had numerous opportunities to partner with outstanding investors and portfolio company management teams to pursue shared successes.
Bobby grew up in Grapevine and now lives in Colleyville. He completed an MBA at Stanford GSB and a BA in Economics from Harvard.

Doug Tracy is a private equity–focused operating executive and global CEO with a proven track record of driving growth, EBITDA expansion, and digital transformation across mid-market and enterprise IT services firms. Currently leading Centrilogic, he has pioneered the integration of Agentic AI into sales, marketing, and managed services, reigniting revenue growth and strengthening client partnerships. Previously, at Milestone Technologies and CSC (now DXC), he advanced strategies around AI, automation, and cognitive technologies to reshape service portfolios, boost recurring revenue, and deliver significant value creation for investors. With deep expertise in cybersecurity, digital strategy, and large-scale IT modernization, Doug consistently leverages AI to unlock new business models, accelerate performance, and position organizations for long-term success.
Shane Reid, CEO, Umlaut

Shane Reid is the CEO for Umlaut Solutions, bringing 25 years of experience in data, AI, automation, and governance, risk & compliance (GRC). He helps businesses cut through data chaos to unlock value, streamline operations, and boost growth — especially when preparing for M&A.
Originally from Australia, Shane relocated to Dallas in 2023 to expand Umlaut’s presence in the U.S. When he’s not solving complex data challenges, he’s usually exploring the US with the Family, or moonlighting as an in-house Uber driver for his kids’ many sporting pursuits.
